Twenty-six miles northwest of Seattle, our beautiful school is situated in a pristine woodland setting on five acres, with a landtrust of 100 acres surrounding it. The school is a community of children, their parents, teachers and friends coming together for the common good and education of our children and our world. It is a place to share in something very special and significant. The festival life, open to the entire island community, unites us with the inner meaning of the seasons and feasts. Several study groups have developed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of Waldorf education.
