South Whidbey Home Sales up 375%

Closed home sales on South Whidbey  during January of 2010 were up 375% over January 2009 and Pending sales  for the month were up 75%.  We've still got a way to go to bring us back to a normal market, but it's looking brighter. This is a greaat start.  Our listing board is also starting to show more activity.
