Spring has Sprung on Whidbey

Really. It's true, it's our beginning of spring. The Peonies and Mahonia are blooming. Bulbs are pushing up and I've been out all day without a coat. Nippy, but better than being too hot. I know it will get cold again, but this is great for Mid january.

Peonies! Where? I love peonies and have been know to drive out of my way to see them.
I noticed the daffodills were bursting forth when we were at the Capitol Building Thursday. I better go home and check out mine.
