Pending home sales

Pending homes sales for South Whdbey have dropped a bit since my last entry 11 days ago, but they are still double the percentages of a year ago. Whidbey Island Home sales are following the trend of improvement that is taking place in other areas of the country.
   Land  and lot sales are still at a stand still.
 
   I'm inviting you all to visit me at the Langley Highlands. I'll be holding an open house here in Langley 6 days a week, Tues. thru Sunday:   Noon til 4:00 till the days get longer.
