A BIG JUMP IN PENDING HOME SALES

The December 3rd ratio of homes with pending contracts of sale to homes actively for sale hit the highest number since August of 2009. And that is in December, usually a slow month.  I think it is safe to say that there is quite a bit of pent up demand for homes here on South Whidbey.
